Returns
If you are not satisfied with your purchase you may
return it in its original condition for a complete refund
within 21 days of receipt. This refund will cover the initial
cost of the item(s) purchased and their delivery but not any
delivery charges incurred by you on returning the product
or bank charges (outside the EU) incurred for the refund.
I will pay the return delivery charges if the return is a
result of our error.
Damaged goods
I take special care in ensuring the books sent are
in mint condition and that their packaging is adequate to
protect them during delivery. However, if the item is damaged
in transit I will arrange a replacement. Please return the
damaged product within 11 days of receipt and I will send
you a replacement free of charge.
Cancellation of order
If, after your order has been dispatched, you wish
to cancel the order because you no longer require the book(s),
you will need to send the goods back at your own expense.
When the goods are received back in good condition I will
refund you for the goods and any postage you paid on your
original order only. Please allow up to 21 days for a refund.
For all postal contact with me please obtain proof of postage.
